The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Waste team based in Arndell Park, NSW. As the territory manager you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, increasing revenue and services organically whilst focusing on new business opportunities and sectors to achieve your sales targets. 

This role would suit a motivated, customer focused individual looking to take the next step in their career with a global organisation.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Work across all business units to meet or exceed personal and business sales targets 
  • Ensure a continuous quality service is provided to our major client base 
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within client business and ensure service levels are met or exceeded 
  • Working with various outlets and facilities for best in class treatment for our clients 
  • Ensure commitments and obligations between Veolia and its customers are effectively met, by delivering value for money outcomes and managing inherent risk 
  • Ability to drive your own career by identifying trends and new market segments

What you'll need to be successful

  • Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets 
  • Experience within the waste industry desirable but not essential 
  • Ability to manage various systems and processes 
  • Eagerness to problem solve, build relationships and cold call 
  • Ability to project manage and work with numerous stakeholders
