Title: Operations Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Finance Business Unit based in Arndell Park, NSW on a 12 month fixed term contract. Working in a close-knit, motivated team, you’ll ensure accuracy of revenue by review of exception reports / GPM reports and initiating corrective actions, and provide a range of support services to reach operational goals.

What you'll be responsible for
- Review of automatic confirmation for major errors, and release of postponed jobs as required
- Reconciling external subcontractor invoices to confirmed runsheets
- Creating and matching purchase orders to confirm external tipping
- Prepare and provide information on tasks to other stakeholders as instructed
- Assist the Billing Administration Team by providing daily administrative support
- Provide reports, information and support to Managers and other divisions as required
What you'll need to be successful
- Previous experience in an administrative position required, blue collar industry experience advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a billing/finance environment
- Experience using SAP desirable but not required
- Strong attention to detail
