Title:  National Key Account Support Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused National Key Support Specialist to assist in managing our portfolio of national key accounts. In this role, you will be a key contact alongside the account manager and credit collection, providing superior service and support and a focus on Customer Centricity. This opportunity allows you to be part of a large dynamic Transactional Services Team.

What you'll be responsible for

• Act as the central point of contact for internal and external customers  
• Perform various data entry, integrity checks and analysis 
• Identify and resolve queries to required timelines is crucial 
• Maintain NKA contractual and administrative requirements including account set up, reporting Invoicing and servicing requirements

What you'll need to be successful

Exceptional customer service skills 
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels 
Self-sufficient, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a close knit, collaborative team Organisational skills and attention to detail 
Proficient in the Google and/or MS Office suite in particular, Google sheets and/or MS Excel
