The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking an Internal Sales Officer to join our Environmental Services team based in Arndell Park, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. As the Internal Sales Officer you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

  • Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints 

  • Using Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and sales data

  • Manage internal projects efficiently and accurately

  • Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks

  • Managing a high volume of work efficiently and accurately

  • Sales-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

  • Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
