What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with small to medium customers through phone and email communication
  • Identifying and capitalising on upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential
  • Proactively managing customer contracts and conducting outbound calls to current and potential clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service by offering tailored solutions and timely responses to inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and following administrative procedures while ensuring compliance with company guidelines

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Certificate IV in Business or equivalent workplace experience with proven customer service background
  • Demonstrated experience in inbound/outbound sales roles with a track record of meeting targets and KPIs
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and G Suite
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Strong time management abilities and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
